Balsamic Vinegar
At SABAS, we proudly source from a family-owned producer in Modena, Italy, the birthplace of true balsamic vinegar. Using organically grown grapes from their own vineyards, they craft balsamic the traditional way: slowly cooking grape must, aging it in wooden barrels, and time-tested methods that create natural sweetness, depth, and velvety richness. With a high concentration of pure grape must and meticulous aging, our traditional balsamic offers an exceptional flavor, balance, and quality.
